Is coaching virtual or face to face?

Coaching is virtual and is suitable for anyone in any time zone.

I have a holiday coming up, and I'm worried I won't be able to enjoy myself.

My coaching is designed so that you can continue the work we're doing whilst away and still be able to enjoy yourself! We will talk about strategies and how you can keep up what you're doing whilst away before you go so that you feel confident and prepared. We're focusing on long term changes that you can do whatever the situation.
